Global Accounting Network has partnered with an impressive IT consultancy in their search for a Chief Financial Officer. This role will be overseeing a global business headquartered in the UK with operations across UK, Europe and US.
This CFO position will be working closely with the CEO in ensuring the consistent year on year growth continues organically and help the business deliver high calibre services across a wide range of clients.
The Role:
* Provide accurate forecasting, budget and cashflow management to the Board and investors
* Lead in the production and oversight of the financial results on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis
* Help maintain organic growth through insight and modelling to ensure resource management and cost control are accurate to provide strategic input into growth opportunities and risk management
* Provide detailed commentary and insight from the management accounts for presentation to the board on a regular basis
* Lead, mentor and grow the finance team through career development, strategic hiring and process enhancements to ensure team is fit for purpose in line with growth
* Ownership of financial regularity and statutory compliance for entire and group and subsidiaries
The Requirements:
* Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA preferred) with significant post qualification experience within a professional services or consultancy organisation
* Working knowledge as a Finance Director or CFO in current/most recent role within the relevant sector
* Proven achievements in delivering growth, cost controls and providing accurate forecasts and commentary
* Ability to communicate and business partner across an international organisation and communicate to 3rd parties and either PE/VC investors
* Credible leader with proven experience of presenting and articulating to shareholders
