Job Overview
As an Influencer Marketing Executive for MyVitamins UK, you will develop and execute influencer campaigns that build brand awareness, drive acquisition, and enhance loyalty across the UK market. You will work closely with fitness, health, and lifestyle influencers—from micro‑creators to elite athletes—to deliver impactful, performance‑led campaigns that align with our brand goals. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast‑paced, global brand environment, collaborating cross‑functionally with social, content, PR, and campaign teams.
Responsibilities
* Identify, recruit, and manage influencer partnerships across fitness, sport, and lifestyle categories to drive awareness and sales for MyVitamins.
* Support the Influencer Manager in developing and executing the UK influencer strategy, ensuring alignment with key campaign and commercial objectives.
* Manage influencer outreach, negotiation, briefing and end‑to‑end relationship management, including product seeding and payment processing.
* Maintain and update the UK Influencer Database to ensure efficient tracking, communication and performance monitoring.
* Contribute to creative campaign development and support the production of authentic, on‑brand content that resonates with our core consumers.
* Analyse and report on influencer performance using data tools such as Excel, Google Analytics and internal reporting platforms to deliver actionable insights.
* Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams (Social, Content, PR, Campaigns and Digital) to integrate influencer activations within the wider marketing strategy.
* Support PR and brand event execution, including influencer attendance, coordination and post‑event reporting.
Qualifications
* 1–2 years experience in influencer marketing (advantageous if within the sports nutrition, health or fitness industry).
* Understanding of how influencer content drives brand awareness, engagement and commercial performance.
* Strong grasp of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) and emerging influencer trends.
* Excellent communication, negotiation and organisational skills.
* Confident working with data and reporting tools to measure performance and ROI.
* A proactive self‑starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
* Genuine passion for fitness, health and social media, and an understanding of the MyVitamins brand and community.
