We are now looking to welcome a Talent Acquisition Specialist who will play a pivotal role in driving our internal hiring strategy and fuelling our next phase of growth.
The Opportunity
Based ideally in Manchester, you will lead end‑to‑end Talent Acquisition for our growing group, focusing on attracting top recruitment and operations talent across our offices in Leeds, Manchester and Ireland. You’ll partner closely with our leadership teams to shape hiring strategies, elevate candidate experience, and build strong talent pipelines across multiple disciplines.
This role goes beyond traditional recruitment – this is your chance to influence how Fruition Group scales, evolves and positions itself as an employer of choice in the tech and engineering recruitment markets.
You’ll also take ownership of events management for our exciting Females of the Future initiative, driving engagement, coordinating event logistics, and showcasing Fruition Group as an advocate for diversity and inclusion in tech and engineering.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Managing the full recruitment lifecycle for internal roles across Leeds, Manchester and Ireland.
* Partnering with leaders to understand hiring needs, workforce planning and future talent demands.
* Designing and executing sourcing strategies, including headhunting, networking, and talent pooling.
* Managing job adverts, screening processes, interviews, offers and onboarding.
* Maintaining and elevating a best‑in‑class candidate journey from first contact to hire.
* Utilising our internal tech stack and recruitment tools to maximise efficiency and quality.
* Working closely with the Head of Talent Management and Marketing Director on hiring strategy and recruitment campaigns.
Brand, Engagement & Events
* Leading the coordination and delivery of our Females of the Future events, including planning, promotion, and stakeholder management.
* Working with marketing to elevate Fruition’s employer brand across social platforms and events.
* Acting as an external ambassador for Fruition at meet‑ups, careers events and industry functions.
Stakeholder Partnership & Insights
* Building strong relationships with internal teams and consultants across the Fruition Group.
* Providing market insights, recruitment trends and recommendations to business leaders.
* Supporting continuous improvement by introducing new ideas, tools and best practices.
What We’re Looking For
* An experienced Talent Acquisition professional or agency Recruitment Consultant looking to step into internal recruitment.
* Strong stakeholder management and relationship‑building skills.
* Someone innovative, proactive, and able to think outside the box when it comes to sourcing and attraction.
* Experience organising or supporting corporate events (desirable).
* Someone excited to work in a high‑growth, high‑energy environment and help shape our future.
* Manchester‑based or happy to commute to the Manchester office, with occasional travel to Leeds and Ireland.
