An established and highly regarded commercial law firm in Leicestershire is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor (NQ–2 Years PQE) to join its growing Commercial Property team. This full‑time role offers an excellent opportunity for a Newly Qualified Solicitor to develop their expertise within a busy commercial property department.
Working alongside experienced property specialists, you will gain exposure to a broad range of commercial property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant work, leases, renewals and asset management transactions.
You will support senior Lawyers on high‑quality commercial property matters while progressively taking responsibility for their own caseload as their experience develops.
This role is ideal for a Solicitor with a strong interest in commercial property law who is looking to build technical expertise, strengthen client relationships and contribute to business development activities. You will work with a diverse client base across a variety of sectors, delivering practical legal advice and maintaining the highest standards of client service and professional compliance.
