Sales Team Leader - Rare Opportunity to Join Crown Oil

Location: Bury, Greater ManchesterHours: Full-time, Monday to Friday (No evenings or weekends)Salary: Competitive + bonus + benefits

A Rare External Opportunity at Crown Oil

Due to continued growth and the launch of a brand-new B2B sales team, we’re recruiting a Sales Team Leader to join us at our Bury HQ. This is a rare opportunity to join a highly successful and well-established business that traditionally promotes from within — but is now welcoming external talent as part of our exciting expansion.

About The Role

We are looking for a confident, hands-on leader with a passion for sales and team development. You may already be leading a sales team, or you could be a top-performing B2B sales professional ready to step into leadership. Industry experience is not required — we will provide full training.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead, coach, and manage a team of B2B sales representatives to achieve individual and team targets
* Provide ongoing training, mentoring, and performance development
* Develop and implement sales strategies that drive growth and revenue
* Monitor KPIs and use data to identify improvement opportunities
* Collaborate with other departments to maximise sales opportunities and deliver excellent customer service
* Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships

What We’re Looking For

* Proven experience in B2B sales or contact centre environments
* Previous leadership experience or readiness to take on a leadership role
* Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
* Strong communication, coaching, and motivational skills
* Analytical mindset with the ability to drive performance through insight
* Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
