Reporting directly to the engineering manager you will be a key member in ensuring the production facility is kept running. You will be involved in all aspects of planned and reactive maintenance within their operation. Role Description Multi-skilled either way, very hands on Lead and support fault diagnosis, PPM, and reactive repairs Drive process efficiency, automation, and CI initiatives Collaborate with cross-functional teams and step in as deputy to the Engineering Manager Maintain engineering documentation and ensure CMMS compliance Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team Conveyors, weighers, baggers, slicers, freezers, blenders Electrical fault finding and wiring PLC controlled machinery, fault finding required Skills and Qualifications Food experience 5 years out of apprenticeship Supervisory experience HND qualified Background: Food/FMCG In return for your commitment my client offers a stable and secure career for a technically motivated engineer.
