PA to Senior Management Team London: The Harley Street Clinic/LOC Full time 37.5 hours per week (onsite 5 days) Permanent Salary: Competitive We're recruiting for an experienced, dynamic and self motivated PA to SMT based at The Harley Street Clinic/LOC- (On-site). As PA to SMT, you will be supporting the Chief Nursing Officer and Chief Operating Officer and the wider SLT across the W1 Campus. In this role you will also work alongside other support staff to SMT. What you'll do: Be highly professional, passionate, and self-motivated used being a PA to Senior Manager Board Level Will need exceptional co-ordination skills, multi-tasking skills, attention to detail, IT skills including presentations on PowerPoint and excel data entry. Multi-tasking skills and interpersonal skills suitable to this high level. What you'll bring: Min. 2 years administrative and business support experience Secretarial skills/qualification e.g. RSA II qualification Experience working with senior managers and Boards Experience in preparing reports, minute taking and briefings Customer Services training and experience in complaint handling Excellent spoken and written English Why HCA UK?
