About the Role
We are looking for a veterinary professional to join our growing, nurse‑led practice. The role includes a 1 in 3 Saturday rota, no out‑of‑hours or Sundays, and a supportive working environment with a friendly team that values learning and the best care for patients.
Responsibilities
- Work alongside the practice owner and other veterinarians in a variety of clinical cases, including surgery and ophthalmology.
- Provide basic surgical and consulting care, and strive to use the gold‑standard in‑house digital X‑ray, ultrasound, laboratory, surgical suite, and other diagnostic facilities.
- Join a team that covers multiple clinical interests from diagnostic imaging to dermatology and offers extensive clinical supervision.
- Keep the schedule consistent with the same day off each week to allow planning for other commitments.
Qualifications
- Qualified veterinary practitioner with a minimum of 2 years experience.
- Good basic surgical and consulting skills and enthusiasm for learning and patient care.
- Willingness to work in a practice that supports further study and mentorship of less‑experienced colleagues.
