Recruit4staff are representing a well-established waste management business in their search for a Workshop Manager to work in Liverpool Workshop Manager - Job Details: Pay: Up to £70,000 per annum (Depending on experience) Hours of Work: Monday to Friday 06:30 – 17:00 Some Saturdays will be required working 06:30 – 12:00 Duration: Permanent Benefits: Standard pension, 28 days holiday including Bank Holidays Job Role: The Workshop Manager will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and compliant operation of the workshop, ensuring all vehicles are maintained to the highest roadworthy standards. Duties include ensuring DVSA compliance, managing workshop efficiency and staff performance, overseeing health and safety procedures, controlling budgets and parts procurement, supporting the Transport Manager with technical guidance, and working hands-on when required.
