Responsibilities
The role as Sheltered Manager will involve:
* Providing a frontline service to residents within a Scheme
* Managing Compliance processes
* Supporting residents with Income issues
* Completing Heath and Safety checks
* Morning Calls
* Support Plans
* Risk Assessments
* Managing voids
Qualifications
* Social Housing or Social Care experience
* Enhanced DBS Check (required to start this role)
