We're Hiring: Customer Success & Retention Partner | London, Home Counties, Essex and Bedfordshire OTE £60K

This is an exciting opportunity for a credible, customer-obsessed professional to join our team and ensure our clients remain engaged, satisfied, and loyal. You’ll focus on building trust, solving meaningful challenges, and demonstrating the long-term value of partnering with us.
As a key member of our Customer Relations team, you’ll help shape how we retain and grow customer relationships between and around London, Home Counties, Essex and Bedfordshire.
Please note: this is a field-based role and may require up to two overnight stays per week.

What you’ll do:
* Own and revive high-risk customer accounts
* Uncover insights that help us serve better
* Collaborate across teams to drive smarter decisions
* Deliver value, not just solutions
* Spot opportunities to grow accounts, not just save them
* Be a trusted face of Safetykleen on the ground.
The package:
* £35,000 - £40,000 - OTE approx. £60,000 per annum.
