Overview
Senior T&I Project Engineer - Offshore Wind Foundations (ITP) — We are seeking an experienced Senior T&I Project Engineer to write detailed project plans, methods, task plans and procedures for the transport and installation of offshore wind foundations (e.g., lift plans for monopiles, jackets, transition pieces). The role requires a strong understanding of offshore engineering and the ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders including contractors, certification bodies, and project teams.

Role
Responsibilities
* ITP Development & Management
o Help write and review detailed methods, task plans, risk assessments & Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs) for offshore wind foundation T&I operations, e.g., lift plans.
o Ensure compliance with project specifications, client requirements, and industry standards (e.g., DNV, ISO, IEC, API).
o Define hold points, witness points, and inspection criteria.
* Test Plans & Procedures
o Develop test plans and commissioning checklists for T&I activities.
o Support verification of marine spread readiness, lifting equipment, sea fastening.
o Manage trial fits, mock-ups, and test protocols before offshore execution.
* Quality Assurance & Control
o Monitor contractor performance and ensure correct implementation of ITPs.
o Coordinate with quality inspectors, survey teams, and marine warranty surveyors.
o Ensure proper documentation, NCR handling, and close-out.
* Interface & Stakeholder Management
o Act as the quality focal point for T&I foundation activities.
o Liaise with engineering, HSE, certification, vessel operators, and subcontractors.
o Support audits, inspections, and client reviews.
* Reporting & Documentation
o Ensure timely delivery of quality records, inspection reports, and certification.
o Contribute to as-built documentation and final project dossiers.
Requirements
* Education & Experience
o Degree in Mechanical, Civil, Offshore, or Marine Engineering.
o Experience in offshore construction, oil & gas, or renewables.
o Experienced in T&I of offshore structures.
o Proven track record in preparing and managing ITPs, test plans, and project plans.
* Technical Competence
o Offshore wind lifting, transport, installation, and foundation works.
o International standards: DNV-ST-N001, ISO 9001, API RP2A, IEC 61400.
o Experience with marine operations, vessels, and heavy lift activities.
* Skills & Attributes
o Excellent stakeholder communication and report writing skills.
o Strong organizational and planning capabilities.
o Ability to work offshore as required (offshore wind T&I experience preferred).
o Proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-driven.
Location & Work Environment
* Remote-based or office-based with occasional visits to marshalling yards.
* Willingness to travel internationally as per project requirements.
