The Role
We are looking for a driven and personable Sales Consultant to join our ambitious and fast-paced sales team on a fixed-term maternity cover basis. This is an exciting opportunity to be involved in every aspect of the sales process — from nurturing relationships with clients to managing listings and delivering a luxury shopping experience both in-person and online.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to incoming leads via telephone, email, LiveChat, WhatsApp, and external platforms.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their preferences and buying habits.
* Work closely with the buying team to proactively present new items to clients, offering a personalised shopping experience.
* Meet and exceed margin KPIs and sales targets set by the management team.
* Conduct in-person showroom appointments and virtual consultations with clients.
* Prepare products ahead of client appointments, ensuring presentation meets our high standards.
* Assist in managing external sales platforms, including onboarding listings, responding to enquiries, processing offers, auditing live stock, and offboarding sold products.
* Maintain showroom displays, ensuring they are up-to-date, organised, and visually appealing.
* Ensure stock is securely stored and organised according to department guidelines.
* Prepare sold items for dispatch with all relevant accompaniments ahead of the daily cut-off.
* Provide feedback and ideas to improve online and offline services, as well as streamline data collation processes.
* Keep up to date with market trends and insights, sharing findings with the wider team.
About You
* Previous sales experience within the luxury sector is highly desirable.
* A passion for pre-loved luxury goods and an in-depth knowledge of high-end brands.
* Highly organised and confident working in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems is a plus.
* A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a strong commitment to customer service excellence.
