We are seeking an experienced Waiter/Waitress to join our team at Shilstone House. Your main responsibility is to ensure that guests have an enjoyable experience. You will deliver excellent service from initial greeting, taking orders, making recommendations, and paying of the bill.
What we are looking for in a Waiter/Waitress
1. 1-2 years’ experience in a busy restaurant (preferred but not essential)
2. Team player who communicates well with all colleagues
3. Punctual, reliable, and trustworthy
4. Sense of urgency
5. Yes, yes, yes mentality
6. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
7. Have a genuine passion for food and beverage
8. Flexible and available to work both opening and closing shifts when required
9. Reliable transport to Shilstone is necessary as there is no public transport.
Expected working hours for a Waiter/Waitress:
Every Sunday from 10 – 5pm, no evenings.
Benefits
1. Competitive hourly rate with additional tips. £8.00-£11.50 per hour dependent on age and experience.
