Someone who brings steady energy to busy days and helps young learners feel safe, seen, and supported. What you'll be doing: Providing tailored 1:1 and small group support across EYFS and primary classes Using communication tools like PECS and Makaton (we’ll train you if you’re new!) Supporting sensory regulation, mobility, and personal care if needed Building consistent, trusting relationships with pupils and staff What we're looking for: Experience supporting children with SEND, especially those with complex needs A patient, positive outlook and a solid sense of humour Someone who’s great on a team and happy to muck in where needed Already Thrive-trained?
