We are seeking a motivated and analytical Strategy and Insights Associate Intern on a 12-month fixed term contract to join our aircraft MRO Company. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in market intelligence, strategic planning, and data analysis. The intern will support strategic initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute to business insights and decision-making. Looking for Immediate Start Duties and Responsibilities Assist in gathering and analysing data from market trends, customer insights, competitors, and aviation news. Support the development of presentations and reports for internal stakeholders. Support the development of business cases. Help translate data into actionable insights under the guidance of senior team members. Participate in cross-functional meetings and contribute to strategic discussions. Support ACS product development initiatives through research and data analysis. Assist in interpreting customer survey results and identifying improvement opportunities. Contribute to strategic projects and help track progress against objectives. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support project execution and documentation Education and Qualifications Bachelors degree in Economics, Business, Aviation Management, Engineering or a related field. Advanced degrees (MBA, etc.) is a plus Experience and Knowledge Strong interest in the aviation industry and market intelligence. Basic understanding of data analysis and strategic planning concepts. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Power BI is a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
