Job Overview
Project and Team Support Officer required to support a partnership of community organisations that deliver services to residents. Services include health and wellbeing, advice, language learning, and employment support for communities across Sandwell. The staff team helps secure funding for these services and supports the community partners to manage and monitor delivery. We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join this team.
The ideal applicant:
* Experience of office support for a small team/organisation (E)
* Experience/knowledge of monitoring systems (E)
* Competent in MS Office Word, Excel, Outlook; MS Teams; and basic graphics software, such as Canva (E)
* Experience of setting up and managing electronic filing systems. (E)
* Practical administrative and organisational skills (E)
* Good verbal, and written communication skills (E)
* Confident with everyday numeracy (E)
* Flexible and adaptable – happy to turn a hand to what needs to be done (E)
* Able to plan and organise your own workload to meet targets and deadlines (E)
* Experience of researching on the internet and summarising information (E)
* Able to adopt a problem solving approach to challenges (E)
* Willing to be a supportive colleague (E)
* Open to learning new skills and trying new approaches (E)

Salary: £24,540 (based on full time equivalent)
