The HR Business Partner will play a key role in supporting the HR function within the healthcare sector, focusing on delivering effective people management strategies. This fixed-term position is based in Truro and offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact.
The role of HR Business Partner:
* Supporting the business through an organisational change journey.
* Leading on people priorities and OD within your client group.
* Providing expert advice and direction on workforce planning and employment law issues.
* Delivering workforce solutions, interventions, and actions.
* Collaborating with leaders from within your client group and wider business.
* Partnering and coaching senior leaders to transform services.
The ideal HR Business Partner:
* CIPD or equivalent HR qualification or equivalent work experience.
* Proven experience in a Human Resources role within the healthcare sector or a similar industry.
* Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
* Significant experience in People and OD activity.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
* Experience in a large, complex unionised organisation.
