The Team
The wider legal team is around 16 lawyers, with property specialists who each bring 15–25 years’ experience. The culture is collaborative, supportive, and flat in structure – everyone is expected to “muck in” and there is strong exposure to senior leadership.

* Strong project experience alongside transactional work would be advantageous
* Comfortable navigating ambiguity and adapting to a varied workload
