This fantastic opportunity has arisen for a junior solicitor or chartered legal executive to join one of Wiltshire's leading family teams. You will be part of one of the largest family teams handling high-value, complex cases alongside a reputed and established team
What will you do?
* Manage a varied caseload of private family matters, including:
* Divorce and separation
* Financial settlements and financial remedies
* Private child law
* Pre- and post-nuptial agreements
* TOLATA matters
What will you need?
* To be a newly qualified solicitor or chartered legal executive
* Up to 3 year's PQE
* Experience in family law (ideally to include private child law)
* To be ambitious, collaborative and keen to contribute to an expanding, forward-thinking team
