Are you a graduate physiotherapist who wants to develop your acute skills? Are you HCPC registered, or will you be by the end of the year? If you want to play a key role in improving the experience of our patients and be part of an innovative, highly motivated Physiotherapy team, this opportunity at Scarborough and Bridlington may be for you.
This post is based within one of our rotational roles, giving you the chance to work across acute and rehabilitation settings – Elderly, Medicine, Orthopaedic, Surgery, stroke rehab and ED rotations. The Trust supports postgraduate development with structured supervision, mentorship and a 12‑month Preceptorship Programme for newly registered practitioners.
Responsibilities
* Support staff and students within the physiotherapy team.
* Lead service‑development projects to improve patient care.
* Deliver high‑acuity physiotherapy across multiple rotations.
* Participate in structured learning and quality‑improvement activities.
Qualifications
* Graduate physiotherapist.
* HCPC registered, or will be by the end of the year.

Preceptorship & Training
The Trust offers a practical, simulation‑based on‑call training programme for physiotherapists with bite‑sized sessions throughout the year. All newly registered practitioners receive a 12‑month Preceptorship Programme, with a dedicated preceptee to support, coach and mentor you.
