After Sales Service Manager
Locations: Oswestry & Newtown
Salary: £32,000 – £40,000 basic + bonus (OTE £50,000)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 5.30pm
One in three Saturdays (rota), 8.30am – 1.00pm

Fairmont Crest have been retained to recruit two experienced After Sales Service Managers for one of their prestigious New and Used Car Sales dealerships in the Northwest.
The Role
Our Client is looking for 2 experienced and customer focused After Sales Service Managers to lead and develop their after sales operations across their Oswestry and Newtown sites. These are key management roles within a successful new and used car sales dealership, focused on delivering an outstanding customer experience while driving strong commercial performance.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, motivate and develop the aftersales team across both sites
* Manage service operations to achieve KPIs, profitability and customer satisfaction targets
* Ensure excellent customer service throughout the aftersales journey
* Oversee workshop efficiency, quality standards and compliance
* Handle customer concerns professionally and effectively
* Work closely with senior management to support overall business performance
About You
* Proven experience in an after sales or service management role within the motor trade
* Strong people management skills
* Commercially focused with a drive for continuous improvement
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
* Full UK driving licence
