Job Title: Business Analyst
Location: Glasgow (Onsite)
Salary: upto £55,000 DOE per annum + benefits
Hydrogen Group are supporting our Banking client, looking for a skilled Business Analyst with 5+ years of experience. The ideal candidate will play a key role in understanding business needs, analysing data, and supporting the implementation of solutions to improve business processes. Key Responsibilities:
* Analyse and document business requirements from stakeholders.
* Create functional specifications and process documentation.
* Assist in the design, testing, and implementation of business solutions.
* Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure alignment of objectives.
* Conduct data analysis and provide recommendations for improvements.
* Support the delivery of projects by ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks.
* Identify opportunities for process optimisation, and propose solutions.
* Assist in project management tasks, ensuring the successful delivery of projects.
* Contribute to ongoing process reviews and improvements.
Key Requirements:
* Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in a Business Analyst or Change Analyst/Manager role, preferably within the Financial Services sector.
* Strong analytical skills and experience in gathering and documenting business requirements.
* Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Experience in process mapping and documentation.
* Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
* Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
* Experience with agile methodologies is beneficial.
