As a Workday Integration Architect:
You'll be part of a team of advisory professionals who deliver more than just technology. From rapid deployments to complete transformations, you'll provide integrated, cloud-based HR solutions that put organizations on the fast track to a better way to work.
In this role, you will help our clients get the most out of their Workday investment by:
10. Sharing leading practices and your experiences on integrating Workday HCM and/or Finance with Payroll and other systems, including rationalisation of the integration inventory
11. Hosting workshops and leading discussions on topics across the integration domain
12. Lead Discovery session with client for each domain specific integration
13. Deliver requirements and design documents to developers
14. Managing and guiding a team of Workday Integrations consultants
15. Liaising closely with client counterparts, Accenture colleagues and Workday to achieve a robust solution
16. Active involvement in (pre-)sales activities to shape the right offering for our prospective clients
We are looking for experience in the following skills:
17. Proficiency in multiple integration areas (i.e. Workday Studio, Connectors, EIBs)
18. Proficiency in integrating Workday with Payroll systems (PECI, Third Party Payroll Connectors)
19. Experience from several full-cycle Workday implementations, including requirements gathering, integration design, testing and deployment
20. Ability to meet client travel requirements as needed, and efficiently manage virtual team and client interactions
21. Thrive in a diverse, dynamic environment
22. Think analytically and effectively apply logic to solve problems
23. Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently and meet deadlines despite conflicting demands
24. Effective interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate across teams
25. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and can clearly articulate complex messages and requirements
26. Strong desire to work with clients and provide exceptional client experiences
27. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
28. Fluency in English

31. Workday Studio Certification
32. Ability to work closely with a global team including offshore delivery teams
33. Workday Reporting/PRISM/Extend experience

35. Fluency in another language
