As a Commercial Finance Broker, your responsibilities will include prospecting for new business, analyzing financial packages to meet client needs, and providing asset finance solutions to help clients grow. You will work closely with clients to understand their requirements and offer tailored finance options.

* Salary: £35,000 per annum
* Year 1 OTE: £100,000

Responsibilities
* Manage inbound leads and generate new business through outbound activities
* Build strong client relationships and offer asset finance solutions (full training provided)
* Support and develop junior sales team members as part of the Sales Manager Fast-Track Programme
Candidate Requirements
* At least 4 years of sales experience with a proven track record of achieving KPIs
* Confidence in handling objections, working under pressure, and managing multiple priorities
* Strong communication skills, CRM experience, and a confident phone manner
* Degree preferred; A-levels or equivalent are essential
Additional Opportunities
This role offers uncapped commissions with realistic OTEs of £100,000 in Year 1, increasing in subsequent years, along with training and career progression pathways into management.
