Job description
Friendly reception manager for a busy chiropractic clinic with a total of 4 receptionists and 5 therapists. The reception managers' role is to ensure the smooth running of the clinic including ordering supplies, invoicing & wages. Other duties to include welcoming patients into the clinic, using an online diary system to process patients appointments & payments, answering the phone and replying to emails. The role also includes clinic laundry & cleaning duties. Hours will be Monday 8.30am - 2.00pm & Tuesday 8.30am-7.00pm, total of 16 hours per week. The candidate must be flexible to cover other reception staff members' holidays & sickness.
