Avanti Grange Secondary School is seeking a dedicated and organised Cover Supervisor to play a key role in supporting teaching and learning across our school.

What will you do?
- Deliver effective classroom supervision for lessons affected by teacher absence, ensuring students remain engaged in learning and complete the work provided.
- Coordinate daily cover arrangements using Arbor MIS, ensuring lessons are appropriately staffed and resources are prepared and returned.
- Promote high standards of behaviour, attendance, wellbeing and achievement by consistently implementing school policies and procedures.
- Provide additional support across the school, including student supervision, administrative tasks, exam invigilation and assistance with learning activities as required.
- To implement school policies and procedures; for Climate for Learning, registration, health and safety etc
