We’re searching for an incredible Building Services Manager!
This full-time role is based within the development, where you will ensure the property consistently meets all maintenance, health & safety standards, and remains 100% compliant at all times while delivering exceptional customer service. You will manage a maintenance and housekeeping team.

What will you do?
* Manage a team of 6 effectively
* Handle budget management
* Promote strong client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction
* Develop, implement, and monitor quality processes to ensure compliance and continuous improvement
* Proactively address maintenance and cleaning issues within the development and conduct regular site inspections
* Conduct risk assessments and develop method statements
* Establish safe operational procedures considering hazards, and recommend necessary changes
* Oversee health and safety audits and follow-up actions
* Coordinate annual testing and training to ensure compliance, maintaining accurate records
* Encourage peak performance through goal setting, one-to-ones, personal development, team meetings, and reviews
What are we looking for?
* Experience in facilities management
* Property or residential management experience (preferred)
* Experience managing contractors
* People management skills with a track record of achieving results through teams
* Proven ability to deliver high standards of customer service
* Strong commercial and financial understanding
* Knowledge of relevant regulations, legislation, and best practices
* Proficiency in current health, safety, and environmental legislation
Required: Rent Smart Wales qualification or willingness to complete it within the first 3 months of employment.
