About the Role Deliver high-quality, differentiated lessons tailored to the individual needs of pupils with special educational needs. Support students with their academic, emotional, and social development. Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment. Work closely with teaching assistants, SENCOs, therapists, and parents to provide a holistic approach to education. Contribute to Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and Education Health Care Plans (EHCPs). Use creative teaching methods to engage pupils and help them achieve their full potential. About You We are looking for a qualified SEN Teacher with: QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent. Experience working in special schools or mainstream schools with SEN provision. Strong understanding of SEND frameworks, strategies, and interventions. Patience, resilience, and a genuine passion for working with children with additional needs.
