Project Manager - Graphics / Exhibitions

This busy exhibitions graphic team provides event‑related graphics across a range of venues, exhibition stands and events. We are now hiring a pivotal role as a Project Manager. Our high‑profile exhibitions services business works with event organisers and brands alike to support the delivery of graphics across trade shows, B2B and B2C events. The role
This is an exciting Project Manager role where you will lead across a wide range of graphics projects for exhibitions, events and venue signage reporting to the Senior Project Manager. You will manage projects of various sizes – from exhibitor graphics to larger show signage – and will be very client‑facing, working with organisers, exhibitors and print‑production partners to negotiate the best quality and price. On‑site project management and overseeing installations will be required, including ensuring the team works within health & safety guidelines.
About you
We are seeking a strong background in graphics project management, ideally within the exhibitions, events, digital, or print sector. You should have a good understanding of print production, materials and methodology and ideally some experience in art‑working for last‑minute changes to ensure all graphics are print‑ready. Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign is highly advantageous. You must be able to read technical floor plans and understand large‑scale exhibition venues.
