Early Years Practitioner – Full Time Opportunity
We are seeking passionate and experienced Early Years Practitioner to join our warm, dedicated, and professional team. We have full-time positions (5 days per week).
About the Role
As an Early Years Practitioner, you will play a key role in providing a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment for children aged 0–5 years. You will inspire young minds through engaging play experiences, support their individual development, and work collaboratively with families and colleagues to ensure every child thrives.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain a safe, caring, and inclusive environment for all children.
* Deliver rich and stimulating play and learning opportunities tailored to each child's age and stage of development.
* Observe, support, and extend children's learning, documenting progress in line with the EYFS framework.
* Plan and deliver activities that meet the needs and interests of each child.
* Build positive relationships with parents, carers, and families, fostering strong home–nursery partnerships.
* Uphold all safeguarding, Health & Safety, and special educational needs (SEN) requirements.
What We're Looking For
* A minimum Level 3 childcare qualification.
* At least one year of experience in a nursery or early years setting.
* Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding procedures.
* A genuine passion for working with children and helping them reach their potential.
* Enhanced DBS clearance (or willingness to obtain) and Paediatric First Aid certification (training can be arranged if not already held).
