This role is focused on developing and growing parts sales across a range of cars, vans and trucks. Its a great opportunity for a target-driven sales professional who understands the full sales process and is confident selling and closing deals face-to-face. Full product training will be provided. The Role Develop and grow automotive parts sales within your territory Identify and win new business opportunities with garages, fleets and trade customers Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients Manage the full sales process from prospecting to closing deals Promote a wide range of car, van and truck parts Increase brand awareness and market share within your region Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met Spend approximately 85% of your time in the field meeting customers What Were Looking For Proven sales or business development experience (35 years preferred) Strong face-to-face sales experience and closing ability Experience within an automotive parts, motor factor, commercial vehicle or dealership parts environment Good understanding of the sales process and relationship management Strong communication, negotiation and organisational skills Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Ability to manage and develop a sales territory independently Whats On Offer Competitive salary performance-based bonus Hybrid or electric company car Company phone and laptop Full training on products and systems Opportunity to grow within an established automotive business
