The job role will include handling inbound and outbound calls to prospective and existing clients, arranging and conducting viewings and generating business.
Main duties:
Listing
Dealing with general letting enquiries
Maintaining applicant database
Conduct effective accompanied viewings
Negotiating offers
Deliver the highest level of customer service to landlords
Booking viewings and market appraisals
Other duties will include:
Renewals/Notices
Deposits (DPS)
Maintenance
Inspections
Invoicing
