Solicitor / Legal Executive - Wills, Probate & Estate Planning - Salisbury
Location: Salisbury
Type of Role: Permanent, Full-time (Hybrid)
Salary: £50,000 to £65,000 (dependent on experience)
The Role
You will manage your own caseload and advise clients across a broad range of private client matters, including:
* Wills, Probate and Estate Planning
* Handling matters from initial instruction through to completion
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships
* Providing clear, commercially aware advice
* Meeting time recording and revenue targets
* Supporting departmental development and growth
* Participating in marketing, networking and business development activities
Candidate Requirements
This role is suited to a Solicitor or Legal Executive who can demonstrate:
* Experience across Wills, Probate and Estate Planning matters
* Confidence managing your own caseload, with supervision on complex matters
* Strong communication skills and a client focused approach
* Ability to attend the office at least three days per week
* A proactive attitude towards business development and networking
* A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for contributing to team growth
