The opportunity
This role will suit an experienced recruitment leader with a strong commercial mindset & a proven track record of managing client relationships, & leading high‑performing teams.
Key responsibilities include:
* Identifying and developing new business opportunities across key markets
* Driving sales performance and implementing strategic growth plans
* Building long‑term client relationships and generating contractor requirements
* Managing forecasts, reporting, and performance against financial objectives
* Leading, mentoring, and developing consultants to achieve individual and team targets
* Supporting the wider management of sales and operational activity across the business

* Previous experience within recruitment in a leadership or management capacity (MUST)
