Recruitment Executive / Consultant Denbigh HVAC FM are looking for a driven individual with a good sales background that wants to make the change to recruitment consultant / account manager in our soft services division.
You will be paid commission from day one with our fantastic pay structure.
Circa £20k basic
1st year on target earnings £35-40k
2nd year on target earnings £35-45k
Completely uncapped
One consultant is on the equivalent 40k after only joining us 6 months ago!!!!!
The recruitment industry is worth £36 billion and is growing by the day. This really is a role for someone driven to succeed with excellent communication skills be it telephone, face to face or email. This role is working Monday - Friday 8am / 5pm with a competitive salary, great commission scheme as well as company incentives (trips abroad, sporting events etc).
You will be given live clients to nurture and support with a total open book on new clients. We promote from within with plenty of opportunities to move through from consultant up to as far as director for the right person.
