14. The successful candidate will be required to undertake porterage / caretaking duties & general repairs / decoration and maintenance.
15. Job Requirements
16. To support the day to day operations, cleaning, maintenance, repair, refurbishment and monitoring of all facilities and provide a safe and secure environment for our pupils.
17. The successful candidate will have:
18. Commitment to provide a clean, safe and secure environment for children and adults to work in;
19. Good interpersonal skills necessary to work with LA and other agencies, Headteacher and a team of teachers and support staff;
20. Ability to work to instructions and a proven ability to work on their own initiative;
21. A committed, flexible and reliable approach;
22. General maintenance, building and decorating skills;
23. Ability to monitor the work of cleaning contractors;
