Overview
Our Delivery Principals will be accountable for the overall successful delivery in an account and responsible, as part of a cross-functional team, for driving account growth.
Responsibilities
* Managing successful outcomes and driving delivery in the Private or Public Sector
* Drive application modernisation and digital transformation using cloud technologies (Azure, AWS)
* Deliver applications, services, products or platforms
* Ensure governance, standards and quality metrics are applied and adhered to throughout project delivery
* Provide an overview view of large/complex delivery teams within multi-supplier engagements
* Communicate and negotiate effectively and credibly with clients
* Drive presales and business development to expand existing business, including written bid-response and formal presentations
* Apply user research and design disciplines within solution delivery
* Motivate and empower teams to create an inclusive and positive culture aligned to Version 1 Core Values
Qualifications
* Significant evidence of managing successful outcomes and driving delivery in the Private or Public Sector
* Experience in complex application modernisation and digital transformation using cloud technologies (Azure, AWS)
* Experience in delivering applications, services, products or platforms (3 of 4 required)
* Experience in managing and leading large/complex delivery teams within multi-supplier engagements
* Strong communication and negotiation skills; solid commercial awareness and understanding of project challenges in multi-supplier environments
* Significant presales and business development experience, including written bid-response and formal presentations
* Experience applying user research and design disciplines within solution delivery
