Location: London | Multidisciplinary Consultancy
Join a growing inspection & quality assurance team within a reputable multidisciplinary consultancy. Play a key role in maintaining high standards across residential, commercial, and refurbishment projects, with strong long-term progression as the business expands.
Your Role
▸ Undertake regular site inspections to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications & UK building regs
▸ Monitor contractor workmanship, materials & construction methods
▸ Identify and report defects or deviations from agreed standards
▸ Provide technical guidance to contractors & project teams
▸ Produce clear and detailed inspection reports
▸ Support quality assurance processes & continuous improvement initiatives
▸ Liaise with clients, consultants & stakeholders throughout project delivery
Skills & Experience Required
▸ Proven Clerk of Works or site inspection experience
▸ MRICS or MICWCI qualification essential
▸ Façade/facade remediation experience advantageous
▸ Strong knowledge of UK construction techniques, building regs & H&S standards
▸ Ability to interpret architectural & engineering drawings
▸ Confident communicator with strong organisational skills
