Day-to-day of the role:
* Typing digitally dictated documentation with high accuracy, attention to detail, and speed.
* Working to strict deadlines and managing multiple tasks efficiently.
* Handling client enquiries daily, providing timely and accurate information.
* Maintaining a good working knowledge of legal aid online.
* Managing incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
