Offer | £55,000 - £65,000 per annum
We are working with a well-established law firm that is looking for a driven Assistant Solicitor to join their Litigation team. This is a key role where you will be responsible for developing and managing your own caseload of litigation files, while also overseeing the performance and effectiveness of any reporting staff.

The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring that both they and their team meet billing targets, provide exceptional customer service, and adhere to all firm policies and professional standards. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your leadership skills and contribute to the growth of the firm.
Typical duties would include:
* Developing and managing a full caseload of litigation files.
* Ensuring the delivery of excellent customer service, including proactive communication and timely responses to clients.
* Managing the financial aspects of client work and achieving billing and gross profit targets for your team.
* Overseeing and supervising any staff reporting to you, including conducting regular file reviews.
* Participating in business development activities to help grow the caseload and meet new matter opening targets.
The successful candidate:
* Qualified Solicitor of England & Wales
* Minimum of 4 years+ PQE
* Has a proven ability to manage a full caseload.
* Demonstrates strong leadership and supervisory skills.
* Is proactive, hardworking, and ambitious.
