We’re changing the way people eat at home - from professional athletes to busy families - and we’re looking for a strategic growth lead to help us scale.The RoleWe're hiring a Head of Growth to lead our marketing, brand, and commercial strategy. You’ll work across social media, content, SEO, paid marketing, PR, and partnerships, with full ownership of how we acquire and retain customers. You’ll collaborate with our content creation teams, oversee the website, drive inbound traffic, and seek out new business opportunities. You’ll also be responsible for tracking and hitting key sales and growth targets.This is a strategic and hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment and wants to make a real impact.What You’ll DoMarketing & BrandLead our multi-channel marketing strategy (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)Shape and manage our brand voice, storytelling, and visual identityOversee content calendars, campaigns, and creative direction in collaboration with content creatorsPlan, run, and optimise digital campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, etc.)Content & SEOOversee and improve our website performance and user experienceWrite and publish high-quality blog content that drives organic trafficCoordinate with freelancers, agencies, or internal teams on content productionPR & CommunityDevelop PR strategies and outreach to publications, bloggers, and influencersPitch stories that reflect our mission, values, and unique approach to meal prepEngage our community and customers to build loyalty and advocacyGrowth & Commercial StrategyIdentify and lead strategic partnerships (e.g. athletes, health brands, influencers)Explore new growth channels and revenue opportunitiesOwn and report on key growth and sales KPIsAbout You4+ years in marketing, growth, commercial or brand strategy (startup/consumer brand experience ideal)Strong understanding of social media strategy, paid marketing, and SEOConfident managing websites and tracking performanceExcellent copywriting skills across blogs, emails, and social contentExperience in PR, partnerships, or media outreachFamiliarity with AI tools and how to use them to accelerate marketing and content creationCommercially minded, with a growth-first mindsetHands-on, proactive, and someone who loves autonomy and takes initiativeA creative individual who takes agency turning ideas into actionBonus: experience in food, wellness, hospitality, or servicesCompensation & Perks £40,000 base salary Up to 20% annual bonus tied to performance 1% equity options (1-year cliff) Clear path to CGO (Chief Growth Officer)
