About the Role
As an experienced Art Teacher, your responsibilities will include:
* Delivering high-quality Art and Design lessons to students in Key Stages 3, 4, and 5, with opportunities for A-Level teaching.
* Designing and implementing a diverse curriculum that encourages creativity, critical thinking, and artistic exploration.
* Mentoring and supporting less experienced Art Teachers, sharing best practices, and contributing to the department’s development.
* Assessing student work, providing constructive feedback, and ensuring excellent outcomes for all students.
* Taking an active role in organising extracurricular activities, such as art clubs, exhibitions, and community art projects.
* Working collaboratively with colleagues to continue shaping an innovative and inspiring Art Department.
