Our client, is seeking a PMO Training & System Integration Lead to join their team in Worthing. Key Responsibilities: You will focus on four key areas: Training Delivery & Management Lead the design and implementation of structured technical training across core PMO systems and processes. Develop and deliver blended learning programmes (in-person, virtual, and self-serve). Support end-users with guidance, coaching, and ongoing capability building. Develop a long-term training roadmap aligned to transformation and operational needs. Embedment & Continuous Improvement Ensure effective rollout and adoption of new systems, tools, and processes. Lead post-training evaluations and use feedback to refine training materials. Act as a key enabler for change initiatives across Programme Controls. P3M3 Alignment Support alignment of PMO capabilities with P3M3 standards. Coordinate maturity assessments and implement improvement activities. Track progress against agreed improvement plans. Communication & Internal Branding Develop a communication and engagement strategy to promote training, tools, and best practice.
