United Kingdom (Remote with occasional UK-wide travel)

£33,000 – £36,000 + benefits

The role (in a nutshell)

Entrepreneurial Spark is growing, and we’re looking for a creative, hands-on marketer to help shape how we tell our story. You’ll join a small and ambitious team where your ideas are valued and your work has a real impact from day one.


You’ll take ownership of our content and marketing activity, from supporting social campaigns and storytelling, to website optimisation and brand messaging – all helping us grow our reach and influence in new sectors.


Plus, you’ll get a monthly £75 wellbeing allowance, 28 days’ holiday plus bank holidays, and the chance to develop your skills in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.

At Entrepreneurial Spark, we build great people who build great businesses to drive growth that benefits everybody. We run accelerator programmes for entrepreneurs across the globe, helping people develop the mindset, confidence, and key skills needed to start and grow successful businesses.


We work as a remote team, so we’re used to collaborating across locations to deliver programmes and support entrepreneurs across the UK. As we enter the next phase of our growth, marketing will play a key role in how we expand our reach.


What you’ll do

As our Marketing Executive, you’ll sit at the heart of how we communicate our impact by creating content and managing campaigns that shape how our brand shows up across multiple channels.


You’ll have a varied, fast-paced role, where you can expect to work on:

* Creating engaging, multi-channel content (video, social, blogs, newsletters, website)
* Planning and delivering high-impact marketing campaigns and brand storytelling
* Managing and growing social media channels and audience engagement
* Optimising website performance (Squarespace, SEO) and tracking the results to improve impact.
* Leading on marketing projects end-to-end while collaborating with our partners and stakeholders



About you

If you love content, storytelling and making things happen, you’ll fit right in! We’re looking for someone who is comfortable in a remote role and confident working independently, whilst staying aligned with a wider team.


To thrive in this role, you’ll bring:

* Prior experience in marketing, brand or communications (B2B preferred)
* Confidence in creating content across multiple formats, especially video and social
* Strong writing, editing and storytelling skills
* The ability to manage projects, timelines and competing priorities
* Familiarity with tools like Canva, Squarespace, Hootsuite, Mailchimp or Google Analytics
* A proactive mindset and comfort working in a fast-paced environment


Bonus points if you’ve previously worked in PR or have experience in an early-stage/growth business (but these aren’t prerequisites for this role).


Note: This role is mainly remote, with occasional UK-wide travel, which may require overnight stays from time to time. You’ll need to be based in the UK and have the right to work here.

Applications will close on the 10th of April. The interview process will consist of a first-stage technical interview (30-minutes), with successful candidates invited to a final interview of 1-hour. We expect all interviews to be concluded by 24th April and the successful candidate notified before 30th April.
