Electrical works manager

We are delighted to be working in partnership with a prominent Scottish Charity to recruit an Electrical Works Manager based at the world-renowned Stirling Castle and the surrounding area.

About the Role:
As Electrical Works Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a skilled team of electrical tradespeople and contractors, ensuring that both routine and project-based maintenance works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
You'll work closely with the wider HES teams-from technical specialists to tourism and commercial colleagues-supporting the ongoing care, preservation, and presentation of the charities assets for the public and future generations.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Daily deployment and supervision of electrical maintenance staff and external contractors.
2. Managing preventative maintenance, heating and BMS systems, and signing off installation/test certificates.
3. Ensuring full compliance with Health & Safety legislation, including RAMS, toolbox talks, and site documentation.
