We are seeking committed, reliable Drivers for our busy Client based in Yate. The work will consist of driving a 7.5t or Class 2 (C Licence) vehicle for four days per week starting early each day. There will be 1 night out per week with a further night out when covering for holiday / sick cover. The nights out will be Monday or Thursday. You will not work Wednesday.
You will be driving to places all over the UK including Scotland, the North / Liverpool, London, Brighton, etc.
Key Objectives:To be part of the multi skilled driving team, offering a high level of service to customersTo be aware of, and as flexible as possible, to accommodate each customers specific requirementsTo be a front line ambassador of the company at all times, both with the customers and other members of the public.Key Responsibilities:To adhere to all ISO9000, Health & Safety, Personnel Policies and ProceduresTo be compliant with the Company Vehicle Policy and regulations set out by the Department of Transport regarding Tacograph and working time regulationsTo respect company vehicles and always drive within the lawTo communicate problems, queries and customer requests promptly and in accordance with the line of communication issuedTo collect cash or cheques from customers when requested, not leaving goods where payment is not available without prior permission of a Manager or senior member of staffTo be responsible for the security of the vehicle and its contents at all timesRequirements:Class C licence with less than 6 pointsCPC and TachographMust have positive, can-do attitudeAvailable for full-time employment on a temp to perm contractBenefits:Company Pension SchemeCompetitive Salary with overtime and a bonus schemeFree parking on site
