We need you to be the bridge between our agency and our clients, driving both outstanding client results and account growth for the agency. You’ll be a strong manager of projects with a good eye for financials and a natural passion for culture, market trends and the wider industry.

The role
You’ll be reporting to our Senior Account Director and will be responsible for driving outstanding client results and account growth for the agency. Within this role you will work within one of the biggest account teams in the agency, working on a variety of exciting brands. You’ll be heavily involved and lead on a number of global strategic, digital and creative projects, as well as supporting the Senior Account Director on account growth and building the right team.
* Continuously work with the project management team to monitor and manage client projects and teams, ensuring they are on track to deliver on time, on budget and on brief.
* Ensure projects are accurately and consistently costed, with input and approval from appropriate stakeholders.
* Take ownership of high‑scale brand projects, ensuring smooth delivery from concept to execution, from global to local.
* Build and cultivate a positive, open, trusting relationship with key clients through online and face‑to‑face communication.
* Be the central point of contact for clients, internal teams and other agency partners on any projects you’re running.
* Pay excellent attention to detail and ensure all presentations meet brand guidelines and quality assurance standards before work goes to the client.
* Provide strategic insight and analysis during all stages of the creative process.
* Present creative work confidently to both internal agency teams and clients.
* Have experience working across both B2B and B2C projects.
* Be confident in line‑managing Account Executives / Account Managers – you will have the opportunity to line‑manage these in the future.
* Coordinate internal resources, freelancers and third parties for flawless project execution, escalating any resourcing issues as appropriate.
* Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, highlighting key learnings to help develop best practices.
* Work with the Senior Account Director to deliver on commercial targets, forecast planning and PO management.
* Support new business pitch teams with a can‑do and proactive attitude, as and when needed.
What we need from you
* At least 3 years of relevant experience working in an agency environment.
* Ability to co‑write/challenge briefs from clients and input strategically into the creative development process.
* Sound financial experience across project management and growth planning.
* Passion to travel as many of the clients within this hub are not based in the UK.
* Experience translating insight into strategy and executing a brand plan.
* Excellent organisational and project management skills, staying on top of multiple, complex projects.
* Sound knowledge of production to ensure solutions are cost‑efficient and effective.
* Strong evidence of excellence in developing and executing return on investment from digital‑based campaigns.
* Evidence of successfully managing creative processes and feeding back to creative teams, exercising excellent judgement.
* Thorough understanding of the time scales involved in creative delivery.
* Stakeholder management experience, including evidence of presenting to senior clients.
* Clear, concise and action‑orientated communication.
* Experience dealing with external production companies.

* Autonomously reads trade publications and keeps a finger on the pulse of new exciting work both in and out of category.
* Background/experience in working in the food & drinks or homecare sector.
