Chesamel has a large team of marketing experts delivering on client projects across the globe, ranging from fully integrated and embedded consultancy to ad-hoc on demand project delivery. You will be joining a collective focused on delivering excellent client servicing while leading business transformation for our clients.

The Role


We are seeking a Senior Reputation Marketing Manager to join the EMEA marketing team, leading the execution of high-impact consumer campaigns, premium initiatives, and core brand programmes. This role will play a critical part in bringing integrated marketing strategies to life across key audience moments, partnerships, and platform priorities.


Key Responsibilities


Reputation & Go-to-Market

* Act as the EMEA lead for local market implementation of regional and global brand activity, ensuring campaigns are locally relevant while maintaining brand consistency.
* Manage campaign approvals, creative testing, and execution workflows across multiple workstreams and stakeholder groups.
* Oversee the adaptation and localisation of creative assets and messaging to maximise audience engagement and campaign performance.


Project Management & Operational Excellence

* Own project management across multiple concurrent campaigns, maintaining clear timelines, priorities, and deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
* Drive operational excellence through detailed project plans, status tracking, stakeholder communication, and cross-functional coordination.
* Demonstrate the ability to manage complex initiatives with multiple moving parts while balancing strategic thinking and hands-on execution.


Impact Reporting & Cross-Functional Leadership

* Lead the EMEA Impact Report programme across multiple markets, overseeing the planning, development, and launch of high-profile market-facing initiatives.
* Manage complex cross-functional stakeholder groups across internal and external teams, including Legal, Government Affairs & Public Policy, Marketing, Communications, Partnerships, Claims, and external vendors.
* Drive project planning and operational delivery for multiple concurrent market launches, ensuring alignment across regional stakeholders, timelines, approvals, and go-to-market execution.
* Act as a central point of coordination between regional and local teams to ensure consistency, quality, and timely delivery across all programme workstreams.


Requirements


* 5+ years’ experience in brand marketing, integrated marketing, or campaign/project management roles within media, entertainment, technology, or consumer platforms.
* Proven experience managing large-scale, multi-channel marketing campaigns from strategy through execution.
* Strong stakeholder management skills with experience working across internal and external cross-functional teams.
* Excellent organisational and project management capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously.
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including experience managing senior-level relationships.
* Experience operating in fast-paced, matrixed environments with evolving priorities.
* Experience working with youth, creator-led, or digitally native audiences.
* Strong understanding of digital media, content ecosystems, and online culture.
* Experience using data, audience insights, and campaign analytics to drive marketing decisions and measure success.
* Background in premium subscription, creator, entertainment, or platform marketing environments.
* Familiarity with integrated media campaigns, brand partnerships, and culturally driven marketing initiatives.
