Interim Support Manager - Adults' Residential Home (Adults with Learning Disabilities)
Cornwall | 6 - 9 months (Inside IR35)
Panoramic Associates are exclusively seeking a dynamic Interim Support Manager to join a residential service through a period of transition. You'll work closely with the Registered Manager to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the home.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the Registered Manager in the overall management of the service
* Support with care plans and ensure they are regularly reviewed
* Administer medication
* Promote safeguarding, dignity, and respect for all residents
* Contribute to audits, inspections, and quality assurance processes
Requirements:
* Proven experience in a leadership role within adult social care
* Strong background in supporting adults with learning disabilities
* Excellent knowledge of CQC standards and safeguarding procedures
* NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care
* Available to start on short notice
* Must be on the DBS update service
